A step down from [The Mountain in the Sea][mountain] unfortunately. Follows a similar structure—multiple points of view on the same story—but rather less successfully. Fighting fascism via memory injection, or something similar, seems like an intriguing idea, but in this case the idea doesn’t have enough flesh to survive an entire book.
