Like the title, once this gets going it never stops. Wonderful performances from all the cast, particularly Penn and del Toro as a crazed military man and zen resistance fighter respectively. Ratchets the tension to a burning peak before the (perhaps should have been) final sequences of rolling roads in desert US; one of the most mesmerising cinematic experiences I’ve experienced.
